Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction above all else.
Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices required for the installation of residential and light commercial solar PV systems.
Install projects as contracted and designed.
Ensure jobs are ready for inspection upon completion of the project.
Proper installation of required materials.
Ensure a quality installation experience for the customer.
Troubleshoot PV systems and resolve electrical issues.
Communicate and coordinate with the Territory Manager and Coordinator.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid and current Electrician License within the state
Solar experience is a plus.
Ability to perform physical requirements of the project.
Working knowledge and experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels
Perform installs services on sides of home and interior spaces
Must be a motivated team player, looking to succeed.
Strong work ethic and grit.
Extensive Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
Valid Driver’s license
Must be available early mornings and afternoons
Ability to do residential service changes and Service/Panel upgrades.
Bonus Available for fully trained Solar Electricians.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $47.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week

Ion Solar Pros (iSP) is a fast growing, award winning, solar energy company seeking an E1 or E2 Electrician for a new electrical career in the solar industry! The Electrician is responsible for the installation of residential photovoltaic (PV) systems, planning out installations and sitting inspections. This individual will be a strong contributor to our installation team. With room to grow and competitive pay, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical components of our residential solar projects.
