Chris and his team were a delight to work with. They guided me through the whole process and were entirely professional. I have never seen someone as responsive and attentive as Chris. All you need is a message and he replies right back. He never hesitates to clear up any question you have. If only every company has a person like Chris! Five stars!

We just went solar with ISP (Ion Solar Pros). We began talking in February. We always wanted to get solar panels on our home but it never seemed to work out after previous discussions with various providers over the last two decades. Every discussion over the years with various companies ended up with it being “too” something. Too expensive, too many trees, roof too old, electric bill too low, etc. It was not a failure on the providers part but there were always obstacles. Working with Eli at ISP opened up options which proved positive. We signed a contract and everything moved forward without a hitch. ISP representatives kept me informed through all the steps. Appointments were made and appointments were kept. Layouts were presented and installation was on time and fast! Components were state of the art and the highest quality. No headaches at all and the system should be going live next week! I would recommend Ion Solar Pros without hesitation.

We had a outstanding working experience with Geo from isp (Geo) was professional extremely patient he took his time through the process explaining everything clearly even showed up at the the installation I also want to shout out (John) (Jaylyn) and both of the electricians Astro and Dara the whole crew were professional and extremely knowledgeable throughout the installation process and on time if your thinking about going Solar I highly recommend reaching out to Geo at isp he delivers excellent service.

I recently hired isp to install solar on my house from day 1 thomas labbe was on site with all of his knowledge on the process and timeline of which he was very accurate then comes install. John Duffy of red team not only was he very adept of my situation he told me everything I was going to encounter going forward. I cannot say enough of the entire crew at isp. I would recommend isp without any hesitation

Great expirience, everyone through the process was awesome. Very reasonable prices and plans that will be saving me money from Day 1. Mike Z made everything very simple, presented plans, options, answered all my questions, worked with my suggestions. Very responsive to any concerns that arose. The install team: liam, Cedric, Jeremy, and dave. Top notch and professional. Work for the company, not some subcontractors that dont care. Inspections, permits, even an issue with Eversource, all handled by ISP. Would definitely recommend.
